In this case, the FurryPride IMVU Homepage Webring is intended to link together a wide variety of fur's pages on IMVU. Members are all ages and all types of furs, even a few scalies have joined!
The most important part of the webring is the navigator bar, which is how you link to the previous and next site in the ring. Through this navigation bar, a visitor to your page can eventually browse through the entire ring of furry homepages. It's a great way to get furries (who you might have never met otherwise) to stop by and visit your page, and perhaps you'll even make some new friends!
So where do I get this navigation bar? How do I join?When you sign up for the FurryPride ring, on the second page you will get a bit of HTML code that you place in the custom html on a panel on your IMVU homepage. This is the navagation bar. It is also customizable so you can make it match your homepage (but we'll get into that at a later time... when I write the rest of the FAQ). It's real simple to install, just copy and paste!
Ok, so I installed the code for the navigation bar, what happens now?Once you have placed the HTML on your page, I will stop by and make sure you don't have things like mature stickers and images without making your page access pass only. Once that is done, I move your site into the list of members and you are ready to be visited!
The ring is updated on a weekly basis, sometimes more often. If the code is ever missing from your page, you will get an email from us and then your site will be moved back to the pending members queue (and it will no longer appear in the list of members).
